Chief of Staff / Senior Manager - CEO's Office

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented, and execution-focused qualified to join the CEO's Office as a Chief of Staff / Senior Manager. The role will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and drive business growth, P&L; management, strategic projects, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Analyze business performance, revenue, profitability, and key KPIs.
- Monitor and support P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Identify growth opportunities, new business initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Prepare board presentations, executive reports, and business reviews.
- Drive process improvement, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and Technology teams to ensure execution excellence.





Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA from a Tier-1 Business School preferred (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, IITs or equivalent).
- MBA specialization in Finance preferred.
- 2-6 years of post-MBA experience in CEOs Office, Corporate Strategy, Business Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Operations, or Strategic Projects.
- Strong understanding of P&L; management and financial analysis.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working directly with CXO leadership.
- Exposure to business transformation and growth initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
