What you'll do:
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Understand publishing workflows and platform behaviour
Respond to customers via email and ticketing systems
Provide support through live chat when required
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through transparent written communication.

This is not a voice-based call center role. It is a knowledge-intensive client servicing position that requires solid analytical skills, excellent written communication, patience, and a customer-first approach.
