Job Summary

Lenskart is looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Managers to lead retail store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to manage store operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor store KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store functioning.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:

- Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of retail sales experience, or
- 12th Pass with a minimum of 6 years of retail sales experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Department Manager in a retail environment.




- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Training

- Mandatory 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).
- Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
- Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
- Candidates are required to arrange their own accommodation/PG near the academy (approx. 300/day).

Compensation

- CTC: Up to 5.40 LPA
- Performance Incentives: 8,000 – 20,000 per month (based on performance)

Work Schedule

- 6 days working.
- 8–9 hours shift.
- Weekly off on a rotational basis.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.

Important Notes

- This is a customer-facing retail role that requires standing for extended periods.
- The final store location may be allocated anywhere within the assigned region based on business requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate within the region if required.
