Identify and recruit Front Line Sales (FLS), new agents and Insurance
Managers (IMs) to build a solid distribution team within the unit.
Attend branch-level meetings, recruitment drives, and customer
interactions as required by the Regional Manager.
Required Candidate profile
Ability to drive unit-level sales and meet targets effectively.
Proficiency in hiring and onboarding agents and IMs. Strong skills in activating ,managing a team of agents.
