Senior Test Automation & AI Engineer

As a Senior Test Automation & AI Engineer, You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI testing strategies.

You will contribute to the development of AI quality engineering frameworks, validation methodologies, and testing best practices.

The role requires experience in test Automation with AI , and quality engineering to enable the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions at scale.

You will work closely with the Excellence Team to design, develop, and validate AI-powered testing tools and test automation frameworks, ensuring they meet functional requirements and deliver measurable quality improvements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to implement testing approaches for Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-powered applications

* Contribute to the development and evolution of AI Quality Engineering frameworks, methodologies, standards, and best practices

* Develop and maintain AI testing accelerators, reusable assets, frameworks, and automation solutions

* Contribute to innovation through AI-assisted testing, autonomous testing agents, and emerging quality engineering practices

* Evaluate and recommend AI testing tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency

## Skills and Attributes for Success

* Expertise in AI/ML systems , Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and AI-powered applications

* Experience testing Generative AI and Agentic AI systems across functional, non-functional, and responsible AI dimensions

* Hands-on experience with Playwright, AI-native testing tools





* Experience with GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, and AI-powered engineering practices

* Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning

## Preferred Experience

* 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Test Architecture

* 2+ years of hands-on experience applying and implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions within software testing and quality engineering practices.

* Experience designing AI testing frameworks, accelerators, or reusable quality engineering assets.

* Exposure to regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services.

* Contributions to test automation, or quality engineering communities through publications, presentations, or open-source projects
