Key responsibilities areas:-
1. Oversee the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests, ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with
company policies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues related to accounts payable, billing discrepancies, or
payment inquiries.
3. Perform regular accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between the general ledger and vendor statements.
4. Prepare detailed reports on accounts payable activities, including aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and payment schedules, and
present them to management.
5. Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain the integrity of the accounts payable process and ensure compliance with
accounting standards.
6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes with vendors and internal stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
7. Manage and mentor the accounts payable team, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to deadlines, and continuous
improvement in processes.

Eligibility:-
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable
3. Robust understanding of accounts payable procedures, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle )

1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
2. Excellent problem-solving ability to resolve discrepancies and payment issues efficiently.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and transactions.
