Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Power BI and data analytics domain
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service
- Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M)
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
- Positive experience in SQL (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
- Experience with row-level security (RLS) in Power BI
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards




- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Design and implement data models (star/snowflake schema)
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy
- Optimize report performance and manage large datasets
- Build complex DAX measures and manage data modeling
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs
- Understand and contribute to end-to-end data architecture
- Handle data refreshes, scheduling, and deployment
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance
- Maintain documentation for reports and data models
