Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day factory operations to ensure production is completed as per schedule and customer delivery timelines.
- Generate Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and other dispatch-related documents accurately and on time.
- Maintain, monitor, and periodically audit raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods stock.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate production, dispatch, and inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
- Plan and allocate work to machine operators and factory workers to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and discipline within the factory premises.
- Prepare daily production, stock, and dispatch reports for management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
