- Should have good knowledge and exposure in Cobol,DB2,JCL
- Should have fair knowledge on CICS
- Should have Prior experience on Production support is mandatory
- Should have valuable knowledge on different tools like Control M, Endevor, Inter testing, File Aid, etc.
- Should have strong problem-solving skills in Mainframe applications
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have strong interpersonal skills working with team
- Should be able to handle calls during production support
- Should be able to analyze, research and be able to provide permanent fixes
- Should be comfortable and ready to work on 12hours rotation basis for 3.5 days
