POSITION SUMMARY:

- Workday Functional Test Analyst ensures quality for Workday modules through comprehensive testing, configuration validation, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Testing & Quality Assurance

- Execute test cases for implementations/enhancements
- Conduct unit, integration, regression, and UAT across modules
- Document/track defects; resolve with teams
- Validate configurations/processes against requirements

Functional Analysis & Support

- Gather/analyze requirements with HR/IT stakeholders; translate to Workday configs
- Troubleshoot functional issues
- Document test results, changes, and flows
- Report status and metrics
- Collaborate with HRIS, HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, IT, integrations, and consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors in IS, HR, Business, or related
- 3+ years Workday Functional Analyst experience
- Proficient with testing tools (e g , Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet)
- Solid knowledge of Workday modules, including mandatory testing for:Core HCM:
- Hiring/onboarding, job changes/promotions, terminations, org restructures, workforce data accuracy
