Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities Onboarding current apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA. Should be proficient in English and Regional language (knowing the regional language of the job location will be a plus). Should be comfortable working on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc. Ability to handle CRM softwares A valid drivers license(DL) with a two-wheeler/four-wheeler as this role requires you to be on the field.
