Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about granule filling machines and associated services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing quotations, and following up with prospective and existing customers to close sales. The role involves coordinating with the operations and service teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery,



as well as supporting Annual Maintenance Contract renewals.

The Inside Sales

Executive will also maintain records in the CRM system and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Inside Sales activities, including handling inquiries and closing sales.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear and professional verbal and written interaction.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive, solution-focused support to clients.
- Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic understanding of industrial or packaging machinery is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools and standard office software to document and track activities.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
