Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the qualified will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and follow up on prospective customers to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing and sharing proposals, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and supporting customer inquiries. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs, and promoting suitable Gencosys solutions.

Executive will also update CRM systems regularly and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential clients.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, understanding requirements, and providing timely support.

Basic understanding of IT products and services; prior experience in the technology or software industry is an advantage.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
