About the Role

NetCreativeMind Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic inside sales executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, lead generation, and customer engagement. This internship provides practical exposure to B2B sales, CRM management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain lead trackers.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and business development teams.
- Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (final year) or recent graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing), BCA, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, target-orientated, and eager to learn sales processes.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

NOTE: Please do not apply if you don't have experience in IT sales/company and at least 3 working years Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
