Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience managing international clients, preparing quotations, driving sales opportunities, and coordinating with sourcing and production teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of Inside Sales or International Sales experience.




- Experience in Consumer Merchandise, Promotional Products, Apparel, Hard Goods, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Experience handling US or international customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
