Procurement & Sourcing Support - Fresher / Apprentice

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana | Full time

Kestryl India is an ISO 9001:2015-certified electronics distribution and product engineering company serving the defense and aerospace supply chain. We're hiring a fresher/apprentice for our Procurement & Sourcing team with someone early in their career, technically sharp, and ready to learn tender operations and vendor coordination from the ground up.

What you'll do:

- Support end-to-end tender creation and tender processing routines
- Assist in preparing and placing purchase orders
- Build and analyze comparative statements in MS Excel
- Maintain data verification, spreadsheet tracking, and procurement documentation
- Work with e-tendering portals and support digital procurement workflows

What we're looking for:

- 3-year or 4-year degree, or ITI, with apprenticeship or work experience in computer operations, procurement,



or administrative support
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data filtering), MS Word, PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data entry/file management
- Comfortable with internet-based portals, email, and business communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a structured environment
