Role Description The Inprocess Quality Assurance Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves monitoring and verifying in-process quality parameters on the production floor to ensure products meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and tests, documenting findings, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams. The executive will assist in maintaining quality management systems, support internal audits, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The role also includes preparing quality reports, participating in process improvement initiatives,
and supporting training and awareness activities related to quality compliance.
Qualifications
3 to 6 years experience B.Sc, M.Sc, B. tech in medical devices industry only. Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor processes and ensure compliance with product specifications.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support quality systems, documentation, and internal assessments.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology or related disciplines, particularly in regulated manufacturing environments where hygiene and safety standards are critical.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, science, or quality-related fields (e.g., Quality Management, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering).
Understanding of ISO standards, GMP, or other applicable regulatory frameworks in medical devices or healthcare manufacturing.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and adapt to shift-based operations if required.
