Desired Skills:

- Understanding on technical and functional aspects of business.

- Responsible for application up time & incident management for defined IT applications.

- Have experience to deploy applications running under LINUX /Windows OS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.

- Must know shell scripting, dos batch commands, power shell scripting.

- Working Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Windows & Linux Operating System. Have basic networks knowledge like telnet, netstat ipconfig/ifconfig, nslookup/dig for DNS resolution, traceroute/tracert, A record, CNAME FQDN etc.

- Co-ordinating with different teams to Identifying the root causes of incidents in order to prevent future recurrence

- Knowledge of REST API, XML API, SQL Server, Oracle will be added advantage.





- Responsible for deployment & movement of application code / bug fixes / data patches and release management in Production, SIT and UAT environments in coordination with vendors

- Deployment of software applications and tools

Work Experience:

- 10 years experience in supporting IT infra in a high-volume and critical workplace.

- Hands on experience in the area of installation, configuration, monitoring and management of Applications & Databases in Linux & Windows.

- Experience in application server log analysis, troubleshooting, management and problem solving.

- Basic Networking knowledge, should be able to troubleshoot issues with minimum guidance and support

- Problem solving skills
