Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Architect to join our Dubai-based team, responsible for designing and governing the backbone of our enterprise technology ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. You will collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders, engineering leads, and external partners to translate strategic vision into robust, secure, and high-performing infrastructure.

By driving the modernization of our compute, network, and security frameworks, you will directly influence the agility and resilience of our global operations, ensuring our digital platforms remain competitive and secure in an evolving market landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect comprehensive HLD and LLD blueprints for multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration between AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Data Center and Compute architectures that support high-availability workloads and disaster recovery requirements.
- Define and enforce rigorous Network and Security Architecture standards, including the deployment of advanced VPN solutions and perimeter defenses to protect critical business assets.
- Spearhead the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to automate provisioning, reduce manual configuration errors, and accelerate time-to-market for new service deployments.




- Partner with IT leadership to formulate long-term IT strategies that align infrastructure capabilities with business growth objectives and emerging technological trends.
- Mentor cross-functional engineering teams on best practices for cloud migration, security hardening, and infrastructure optimization to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, large-scale infrastructure solutions with 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in multi-cloud strategy, specifically leveraging AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud to build resilient and scalable hybrid architectures.
- Strong command of modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools and CI/CD pipelines, with a proven ability to automate complex deployment workflows.
- Deep technical knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, load balancers, and secure VPN architectures, coupled with a proactive approach to threat mitigation.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Proven track record of managing Data Center and Compute transformations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Dubai.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications in cloud architecture or security.
