Manager / Deputy Manager – IT Infrastructure & Information Security (ISO 27001) Location: Ambernath, Mumbai We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Information Security professional to join our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure while leading and maintaining compliance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001:2022.

Experience

6–8 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure/System Administration within a manufacturing environment.

Mandatory: Prior hands-on involvement in at least one successful ISO 27001:2022 implementation and certification project in a manufacturing organization.

Experience coordinating internal and external ISO audits and ensuring ongoing ISMS compliance.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, network, storage, and end-user systems.





Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as per ISO 27001:2022.

Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies, procedures, and controls.

Coordinate internal and external ISO 27001 audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Manage IT asset lifecycle, user access, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity controls.

Ensure secure integration and administration of SAP Business One and related business applications.

Work closely with external IT vendors, cybersecurity consultants, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Maintain all ISMS documentation, risk assessments, asset registers, and compliance records.
