Role Description This full-time Information Technology Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will manage and support IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and network devices, ensuring systems remain secure, up-to-date, and fully operational. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing issues, resolving hardware and software problems, and coordinating with vendors or internal teams for escalations.

The role also involves administering user accounts, maintaining security protocols, documenting IT processes,



and providing responsive technical support to internal users. The specialist will collaborate with operations and management to ensure IT services align with business needs and service standards.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology, including system administration and IT support best practices.

Skills in Network Administration and Network Security to maintain reliable, secure connectivity across locations.

Proficiency in Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a business setting.

Customer Service skills to provide clear, respectful, and timely support to internal stakeholders.

Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, office productivity tools, and basic server management.

Understanding of backup, recovery, and data protection procedures in an enterprise setting.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid arrangement, prioritize tasks, and meet service-level expectations.
