Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition for ACMEDIAN. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing IT and software engineering candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments with hiring managers. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, partner with business leaders to understand role requirements, and support workforce planning for future projects.

Additional duties involve maintaining recruitment data, contributing to employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring an inclusive and equitable candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including managing the process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.

Candidates should possess focused IT Recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring for software engineering and other technology roles.

Candidates should possess Technical Recruiting capabilities, including assessing technical fit in collaboration with engineering teams.

Candidates should possess core Recruiting and Hiring skills, including candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Experience working in a fast-paced technology or software services environment is preferred.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
