We have two open vacancies for IT Project Managers (1 Junior, 1 Mid-Level) to drive end-to-end IT project lifecycles for our US-based clients on a 100% permanent remote basis.

Mid-Level IT Project Manager (6+ Years Exp)

- Full SDLC Ownership: Drive end-to-end IT projects from initial chartering, discovery, and architecture planning through development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Technical Stakeholder & Delivery Management: Align engineering teams (developers, QA, architects) with client requirements, manage scope creep, handle change requests, and mitigate technical risks.
- Agile/Scrum Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and release management using Jira and Confluence.

Junior IT Project Manager (3~6 Years Exp)

- IT Project Coordination: Support senior PMs across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by tracking technical deliverables,



sprint velocity, and task execution.
- Release & Workflow Support: Maintain Jira boards, track defect resolutions during testing phases, prepare client status dashboards, and document technical requirements.

Role Requirements & Terminology

- Proven hands-on experience managing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects (Agile/Scrum & Waterfall).
- Proficiency with IT management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet .
- Strong understanding of IT delivery metrics, technical dependency tracking, and UAT/Release workflows.
- Fluent spoken and written English to lead technical calls and status meetings directly with US enterprise clients.
