Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Office (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: 7+ Years

CTC: ₹8–9 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring timely delivery of support and project activities.
- Administer enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and IT assets.




- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues across the organization.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and service management.
- Manage the IT budget while ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and documentation practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, infrastructure, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management and System Administration.
- Positive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and IT Security.
- Experience managing LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and end-user support.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, vendor management, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
