Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive our influencer marketing function end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience managing influencers, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and building impactful creator partnerships.

This role requires someone who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, manage influencer agencies as well as direct creator relationships, and stay ahead of internet culture to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the monthly influencer marketing strategy in line with brand priorities, marketing campaigns, product launches, and business objectives, and take prior approvals from the relevant stakeholder.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with influencers across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity categories.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content planning, approvals, execution, publishing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing and Social Media, to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives and ensure timely approvals.
- Manage external influencer marketing agencies and talent management agencies, ensuring timely execution and delivery against campaign objectives.
- Source and evaluate new influencers based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Build campaign concepts that leverage trending formats, viral moments, and platform-specific content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage influencer budgets, commercial negotiations, contracts, and campaign timelines efficiently.
- Monitor influencer content and brand mentions, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining positive creator relationships.
- Explore innovative collaborations, creator partnerships, and community-building initiatives.




- Stay updated on emerging creators, platform trends, creator economy developments, and competitive activity to continuously improve the influencer marketing strategy.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and influencer discovery platforms to improve campaign planning, creator discovery, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, insights, and future recommendations to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and integrated brand campaigns as required.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Brand Marketing.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns for consumer, D2C, consumer brands, or D2C brands.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Threads, and emerging creator platforms.
- Experience working with influencer agencies, talent management companies, and directly with creators.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in influencer negotiations, budgeting, and contract management.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive timely approvals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of fashion or consumer brands, social media trends, and creator ecosystems.
- Experience using influencer marketing and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms for content ideation, campaign planning, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
