We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our influencer discovery and outreach team. This role is focused on finding the right creators for our brand campaigns and reaching out to them — not social media management or content creation. What You'll Do

Research and identify relevant influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle campaigns

Reach out to influencers via DMs, email, and calls to discuss collaborations

Negotiate rates and deliverables with creators

Maintain and update a database of influencers (contact info, rates, past collaborations)

Follow up with influencers on responses, content approvals,



and timelines

Coordinate with the internal team to match influencers with the right brand campaigns What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

Genuine interest in the influencer/creator ecosystem, especially in beauty and lifestyle

Strong communication skills — comfortable reaching out to and negotiating with creators

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage outreach across multiple influencers at once

Prior internship experience in influencer marketing or sales/outreach is a bonus, not mandatory Details

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: ₹8,000/month
