Department: Influencer & Talent Management Experience: 2–4 years preferred

Industry: Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Digital Marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of influencers/creators and act as their primary point of contact.
- Handle incoming brand enquiries, negotiations, commercials and campaign discussions for assigned creators.
- Pitch managed creators to brands and agencies for paid collaborations.
- Maintain robust relationships with brands, agencies and creators.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, content approvals, deliverables and posting schedules.
- Negotiate commercials while protecting both creator and company interests.
- Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliverables are completed on time.
- Track creator availability, pricing,



performance and previous brand associations.
- Identify opportunities to increase each creator’s monthly revenue.
- Coordinate internally with sales, campaign and finance teams for execution and payments.

Ideal Candidate: Someone already working in a talent/influencer marketing agency who understands creator commercials, brand negotiations and influencer campaign execution.

Important: This is a revenue-oriented Talent Manager role, not just creator coordination
