About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sourcing and managing influencers, coordinating campaigns, and building long-term relationships with content creators.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms
- Evaluate influencer metrics, content quality, and audience authenticity
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding
- Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans based on brand objectives.
- Conduct briefing calls and track content delivery timelines
- Build and maintain long-term,



brand-aligned relationships
- Monitor performance and report on campaign results

Requirements

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an agency background.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer categories, and digital trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate influencer performance metrics using tools such as Instagram Insights, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
