Role Description The Industrial Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees engineering operations related to air pollution control and biomass drying systems, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes, driving process improvement initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain.

The Industrial Engineering

Manager will plan and allocate resources, monitor project timelines and budgets, and implement best practices to enhance throughput,



productivity, and cost efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing technical documentation, supporting compliance with environmental and industrial standards, and mentoring engineering staff.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Industrial Engineering, with proven experience applying engineering principles to optimize processes and systems.

Demonstrated capabilities in Engineering Management, including team leadership, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Practical experience in Process Improvement and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Knowledge of Manufacturing operations, production planning, and shop-floor practices in industrial or environmental engineering settings.

Understanding of Supply Chain Management, including material flow, vendor coordination, and logistics within engineering projects.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in air pollution control, emissions management, or environmental engineering solutions is an advantage.

Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., CAD/3D modeling), data analysis, and reporting software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work on-site with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
