Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Automation Engineer role based in Pune District. The PLC Automation Engineer will design, program, and test PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects, including configuring hardware, developing logic, and integrating field devices. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, commissioning control panels, troubleshooting automation systems, and optimizing process control to meet client requirements.

The role involves preparing technical documentation, collaborating with electrical and mechanical teams, and providing support and training to customers on installed systems.



The engineer will also assist in continuous improvement of existing installations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Automation and Process Control skills, including PLC programming and SCADA configuration.

Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering knowledge for control panels, wiring, and industrial power systems.

Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving faults in PLC, SCADA, and field instrumentation.

Candidates should possess Robotics and related motion control skills, or experience with robotic integration in automated systems.

Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.

Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) is beneficial.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs;, and technical drawings.

Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work safely on industrial sites.

Experience - 0-3 Years.
