- The Specialist role involves managing end-to-end compliance with the Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act (CLRA) for third-party manpower vendors.

Job Position Title

: IN_Specialist 2_Human Resource Operation - CLRA_Human capital_IFS_Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end CLRA compliance for third-party vendors providing manpower resources

- Coordinate with external compliance audit vendors and monitor audit execution from the Principal Employer (PwC) perspective

- Track and ensure closure of audit observations and compliance gaps

- Maintain and update compliance mapping in internal compliance insight tools

- Ensure timely submission and verification of statutory documents (licenses, registers, returns, etc.)

- Act as a liaison between vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders for compliance requirements

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights

- Monitor adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements under CLRA

Mandatory skill sets

:





- Strong knowledge of CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act) and related labor laws

- Experience in vendor compliance management and audit coordination

- Familiarity with compliance tracking tools and documentation management

- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills

- Attention to detail and governance mindset

Preferred skill sets

:

- Exposure to contingent workforce operations

- Experience working with compliance insight/reporting tools

- Basic understanding of statutory filings and labor law frameworks beyond CLRA

- Project management and tracking skills

Years of experience required

:

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in labor law compliance / vendor compliance / HR operations

Education qualification

:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Commerce, or related field

- Master’s degree or relevant certification in labor laws / HR (preferred)
