- Operational Bridge: Serve as the liaison between the Senior Vice President - Operations and Medical Superintendents / RMOs across units.
- Standardization: Implement group-wide medical policies, protocols, and SOPs across hospitals.
- Clinical Operations Oversight: Monitor daily functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and Emergency services across units.
- Medical Workforce Coordination: Align duty rosters, manpower planning, and performance evaluation of RMOs and junior doctors with MS and GMD.
- Quality & Accreditation: Ensure NABH/JCI standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols are adhered to in all units.
- Patient Safety & Governance: Track clinical outcomes, incident reports, mortality/morbidity data, and escalate issues to GMD.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support MS in ensuring unit-level adherence to statutory norms, medico-legal processes, and reporting.
- Performance Monitoring: Consolidate and analyze KPIs from all hospitals for review by GMD and senior leadership.




- Training & Development: Coordinate group-wide CME, clinical audits, drills, and capacity-building initiatives for medical staff.
- Crisis & Emergency Response: Provide guidance and coordination support in emergencies, epidemics, or critical escalations.

Skills Required:

- Solid leadership in managing medical staff, RMOs, and clinical coordinators
- Ability to drive quality, patient safety, and accreditation standards (NABH)
- Close coordination with operations, quality, nursing, and administration teams
- Excellent strategic, communication, and decision-making skills

Qualification:

- BDS(Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly desirable.
