Qualification: Architect (B Arch/ M Arch)
Projects served end to end both Design consultancy and Design and Built
Softwares: Hands on REVIT, AutoCAD, Rendering softwares, AI tools (Spacemaker,
Testfit, Chaos Vantage, X-Gen etc.), MS Office. Tech savvy preferred
Reporting to: Project Head Interior Designing

Must be proficient in:
1. Understanding client requirement and layout (taking a detailed brief)
2. Designing creative and cutting-edge concepts for the project
3. Preparing layout with understanding of all services and technicalities
4. Thorough Market knowledge and analysis on various products and offerings
5. On point Presentation
6. Preparing material pallete and board, along with designs
7. Preparing BOQ and Tender drawings
8. Preparing project schedule
9. Formatting and printing of drawing sheets
10. Coordination with site supervisor for snags
11. Preparing working drawings (detailed GFC drawings)
12. Coordination with vendors
13. Periodic site visits
14. As built drawings, project manual preparation
15. Hands on both Design consultancy and Design and Built projects
