Position Overview
We are looking for Data Scientist to join Experitys Data & AI team. In this role, you will play
a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and AI
solutions across Experitys healthcare technology ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end
data science initiativesfrom problem definition and experimentation to production
deployment and monitoring.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop
predictive and generative AI solutions, and help establish best practices for scalable and




responsible AI development.
What Youll Do

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to support
product, operational, and clinical initiatives.
Apply machine learning, statistical, NLP, forecasting, and predictive analytics
techniques to large-scale datasets to solve complex business problems and generate
actionable insights.
Build and validate models for healthcare use cases including patient volume
forecasting, clinic throughput optimization, provider productivity, patient engagement,

coding and documentation intelligence, denial prediction, revenue cycle optimization,
and operational decision support.
Develop and evaluate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
Perform hands-on data analysis, feature engineering, and model development using
structured and unstructured data.

Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to measure business impact
and validate hypotheses.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and business
stakeholders to develop data-driven products and features.
Qualifications
Required
¢
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI,




or a related field.
¢
¢
3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI roles.
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and
predictive analytics.

Advanced Python programming skills with experience building production-ready
solutions.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost,
PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.

Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.
Experience with distributed data processing and ML platform engineering.
