We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / IRM Consultant to manage and enhance enterprise ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, IRM/GRC, cloud governance, and ITIL best practices. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations, governance, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management.
- Manage and maintain CMDB and implement CSDM best practices.
- Configure and support ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility.
- Implement and support ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions for governance, risk, and compliance.
- Manage Application Deployment and Application Lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate Change Management and Release Management activities.
- Support Vulnerability Management workflows and remediation tracking.
- Administer AWS and Azure subscriptions, user access,



and cloud governance.
- Monitor cloud user activities and implement access governance controls.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
- Participate in audits and documentation activities; support SOX Audit/ITGC initiatives (preferred).
