- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented UPSC Counsellor for the UPSC segment who will guide and counsel UPSC aspirants over calls regarding courses, admissions, and preparation strategies.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the UPSC examination process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UPSC course inquiries Counsel UPSC aspirants about course structure, exam pattern, and preparation strategy Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates Achieve monthly admission targets Coordinate with the academic and marketing team

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year 4 years of experience in tele counselling (preferably in UPSC segment).

- Must have basic knowledge of the UPSC CSE examination process.
- Excellent communication skills in english.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
