1. Position Details
Designation: Assistant Manager Sales (Non-Trade)
Department: Sales (Institutional / Non-Trade)
Location: As per requirement
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Experience: 5-10 years (Institutional / Project Sales Cement / Building Materials)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

2. Role Purpose
The role is responsible for leading and expanding institutional (Non-Trade) sales operations within the assigned territory. This includes managing government departments, large contractors, project sites, infrastructure companies and corporate buyers. The position ensures achievement of sales, revenue and collection targets while strengthening key accounts, obtaining product approvals and driving long-term market development.

3. Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

- Drive institutional sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify, map and track major government projects, infrastructure developments and non-trade opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with key institutional customers and government departments (PWD, CPWD, NHAI, MES, Railways, etc.).
- Secure product approvals, vendor registrations and project enlistments.
- Build and maintain strong connection with project purchase authorities, contractors and consultants.
- Oversee and support distributor operations related to institutional sales.
- Lead price negotiations, tender participation, rate finalization and contract closures.
- Ensure exceptional customer servicing and timely supply coordination with logistics and plant teams.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities and pricing information.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adhere to company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily visits, project updates and institutional sales movement.
