- We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with a strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The role involves developing AI-driven engineering solutions, LLM/RAG-based workflows, and automation tools while collaborating with global engineering and digital design teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML, DL, and Generative AI solutions for engineering applications.
- Design and implement LLM and RAG-based workflows.
- Build Python-based engineering automation tools and scripts.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to engineering products.
- Collaborate with global digital engineering teams on innovation initiatives.
- Participate in internal innovation programs and technology development activities.
- Learn and apply internal engineering systems, processes, and best practices.
- Must-Have Skills




- Basic understanding of Physics and Mechanical Engineering concepts (Structural, Thermal, and Fluid Flow).
- Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG-based solution development.
- Strong Python programming and engineering automation experience.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CAD tools: AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.
- Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink.
- Exposure to VBA or C#.
- Understanding of Digital Engineering or Engineering Simulation workflows.
- Educational Qualifications
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related engineering disciplines
