Role & responsibilities

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Genesys development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
- Solid understanding of IVR and call routing design.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Java, JavaScript, or Python development experience.
- Working knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telephony concepts.
- SQL database experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
