What will you be doing here?

- Ensure Studio Quality Control (QC) by maintaining production standards, managing recording workflows, organizing and backing up media files, and maintaining a structured file management system for seamless post-production.
- Set up and operate studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, green screens, and other production gear.
- Execute high-quality video recordings as per the production schedule.
- Maintain accurate recording log sheets, documenting takes and production notes.
- Organize, transfer, and securely back up media files to external storage devices and cloud platforms.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to cameras, audio, lighting, and other studio equipment.
- Collaborate on script conceptualization, shot planning,



and creative execution to produce engaging visual content.
- Ensure all studio equipment is properly maintained and production-ready at all times.
- Adhere to production timelines while consistently delivering high-quality output.

The Best-Fit Candidate Would Have:

- 6 months - 1 year of proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficient in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs, and mirrorless cameras with a solid understanding of camera settings and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with studio and on-location shoots, including audio equipment such as wired and wireless microphones.
- Valuable understanding of lighting techniques and studio setups for different production environments.
- Strong knowledge of video production principles, including framing, timing, continuity, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, composition, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on production requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
