Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct HLD/LLD, architecture, and code reviews.
- Define coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Application Development

- Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design and build REST APIs and event-driven applications.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring.

Team & Delivery

- Lead Agile development teams.
- Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.
- Participate in hiring, technical interviews, and mentoring.




- Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Monitoring Prometheus,

Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace
