; Key Responsibilities:

;Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment and machinery

;Maintain induction furnace, molding line, sand plant, shot blasting machine, compressor, EOT crane, and utility equipment

;Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimize production downtime

;Handle maintenance of motors, drives, PLCs, panels, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems

;Ensure smooth operation of furnace and material handling equipment

;Monitor machine performance, vibration, temperature, and abnormal conditions

;Carry out lubrication, alignment, fitting, and inspection activities

;Maintain power distribution systems, MCC panels, and electrical safety systems





;Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all foundry machines

;Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions

;Coordinate with production and process teams for uninterrupted operations

;Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance consumables

;Support installation and commissioning of recent machines and equipment

;Maintain maintenance reports, breakdown records, and checklists

;Ensure implementation of TPM, 5S, and safety standards in the foundry area

;Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during maintenance activities

;Work on reducing machine downtime and improving equipment efficiency
