What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a companys financial health and operational efficiency keyword includes :- ("Order to Cash","Cash App","Collection Dispute",Billing, "Deduction")
Process of Sales Order validation at Billing stage and setting up of sites, linking technical details insert charges in to Billing system to initiate Billing for customers.

What are we looking for
The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in the Order to Cash (OTC) domain with a basic understanding of processes such as Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, Cash Application, Collections, or Dispute Management. The candidate should be a Commerce/Accounts graduate (B.Com or equivalent)



with good analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exposure to SAP or any ERP system will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP system (preferred but not mandatory)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) lifecycle and finance processes
Experience in a semi-voice process, including handling customer interactions through emails and inbound/outbound calls
Strong customer service and stakeholder interaction skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to current tools and processes
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience working in a team-oriented environment

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
