Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – EVBV/PA with strong expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification & Benefits Verification (EVBV) and/or Prior Authorization (PA), along with proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling EVBV and/or Prior Authorization processes.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
- Handle client and process escalations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines and organizational policies.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Robust hands-on experience in Eligibility Verification & Benefits Verification (EVBV) and/or Prior Authorization (PA).
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Good understanding of insurance verification, payer guidelines, authorizations, and RCM workflows.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Willing to work from the Nagpur office (Work From Office).
- Experience working in US shifts.
