;Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and; programs

;Conduct trial runs and approve first-piece inspection before production

;Monitor machining operations and maintain dimensional accuracy

;Make minor program corrections and offset adjustments when required

;Change cutting tools and monitor tool life during production





;Coordinate with quality and production teams to achieve production targets

;Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and setting-related issues

;Ensure optimum machine utilization and reduce setup time

;Maintain coolant levels, lubrication, and basic machine housekeeping

;Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards in the machine shop
