Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced professional for the position of Deputy General Manager ER Division (Channel Sales) to lead channel sales operations, distributor management, market expansion, revenue growth, and sales team performance within the assigned territory/division. The candidate should possess strong expertise in channel partner development, dealer/distributor management, business expansion, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall sales performance and business growth for the ER Division through effective channel sales strategies.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks to maximize market penetration.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals for the assigned region.
- Build solid relationships with key channel partners and institutional customers.
- Conduct market analysis,



competitor tracking, and demand forecasting.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer/Distributor Management, and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, territory management, and channel expansion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large distribution networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
