Summary: The Global Finance Business Partner (GFBP) Manager will be expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with their GFBP direct reports and assigned network LoS / functional stakeholders and project leaders, particularly in the context of cost management. Responsible for providing senior and junior stakeholders with financial and operational analysis, delivering insight and financial expertise in solving business problems related to financial information, particularly network cost management. Leveraging the GFBP standardized processes, tools and practices focused on automation and AI, where appropriate.





Responsibilities - Building and managing relationships with stakeholders of all levels as a trusted advisor;

- Supporting service leaders and managers with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning/reporting; managing the processes and tools used for analysis and cost monitoring as well as taking ownership of the financial close process; Proven record in financial and data analysis;
- Communicate information clearly and simply so it can be easily understood by non-finance audiences. Deliver messages in clear, concise English, maintaining speed and clarity in a fast-paced environment;
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work under tight deadlines. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while effectively managing multiple demands;
- Demonstrate independent judgement to resolve financial accounting issues, collaborating with SMEs to address stakeholder needs and enhance reporting. Apply strong critical thinking and commercial acumen to drive effective decision-making
- 7. Proficiency in technical skills relative to Firm financial systems and supporting software (Microsoft, Team, SPO, PowerBI, AI tools);
