Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Executive role based in Gandhidham.

The Import Export

Executive will manage day-to-day import and export operations, including documentation, coordination with customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters, and ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving operational issues,



and maintaining accurate records to support smooth cargo movement through Kandla and Mundra Ports. The executive will interact with clients to provide status updates, address queries, and ensure service quality.

Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to meet timelines, optimize processes, and support overall logistics performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Import and Export operations skills, including handling documentation and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess Import Logistics skills to coordinate shipments, customs processes, and port-related activities.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess basic knowledge of trade compliance, incoterms, and international shipping practices.

Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding, preferably near Kandla/Mundra Ports, is beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham, manage multiple priorities, and use MS Office and basic logistics software effectively.
