Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Import Customer Service and Customs Clearance. The role involves managing import-related customer inquiries, coordinating shipment documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, customs authorities, and internal operations teams, tracking shipments, resolving service issues,



and maintaining up-to-date records for imports and related export documentation when required. The role also includes verifying compliance with international trade regulations, preparing necessary paperwork for customs, and supporting customers with status updates and problem resolution throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Import

Minimum experience of 2 years in the similar profile

Import Documentation checking

Coordination with clients, agents, Shipping lines, CFS, Transporter etc.

Knowledge of Import documentation

Knowledge of Re import / AQ / PQ / FSSAI is an added advantage

Knowledge of chapter 28,29, 38 will be an added advantage A diploma or degree in logistics, international business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
