Role Description The Immigration Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for immigration and overseas education services. The role involves managing and converting leads, conducting client consultations, and recommending suitable immigration and study-abroad options based on individual profiles and goals. The individual will oversee a sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.

Daily tasks include coordinating with internal process and operations teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing reports,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes organizing and participating in promotional activities, seminars, and events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Proficiency in client relationship management, including consultation, needs assessment, and delivering tailored solutions for immigration and education services.

Experience managing or supervising teams, with skills in target setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and motivation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and confidently.

Good organizational and administrative skills, including use of CRM tools, reporting, and documentation management.

Background in immigration consulting, overseas education counseling, or related service industry is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration or counseling are an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
